Thank you for looking at our house. This house has been a wonderful house to live in and in which to raise our family. We have lived here for 30 years. During that time, the street and the neighborhood has remained quiet and nice. The Walnut Unified School District gave our children an excellent education. This house is just down the street from Walnut Elementary School. Our kids also attended South Point Middle School, which is excellent, and Walnut High School, which continues to win awards and recognition for its academic achievement. It’s a 3-minute walk to the Metrolink station, for easy travel to Los Angeles. This house has a semi- enclosed front yard with great curb appeal. The back yard has a beautiful built-in pool that was remodeled 2 years ago, with new plaster, new tile and a new heater for the hot tub.
